What have we done over the past few months?
We’ve just been hanging out, relaxing, and kicking back. WE WISH! We’ve been working our butts off on this software and below are a few features that were added after we rolled out V2. This roadmap is new so each month we’ll have updates here plus will post features we are working on each quarter.
~~CUSTOMER_CALENDAR~~: For a customer that was fed through via an appointment-based system like Acuity, this will add the calendar name that the customer was synced through from. This is useful for businesses that have calendars named by team members. This way you can ask the customer how they liked their services from that particular person who handled the appointment. This variable will default to the name of the business when a calendar isn’t tagged to the customer receiving the message
~~APPOINTMENT_TYPE~~: For a customer that was fed through via an appointment-based system like Acuity, this will add the appointment type that the customer was synced through from. This is useful if you want to specify the appointment type in your message. The word will default to the word “appointment” when an appointment type isn’t available for a customer.
Features Planned for Q1
- Review Boost: A lot of users want more external reviews, specifically Google reviews. And we do a decent job in getting them. But we have a few ideas to improve this so we're rolling out a new feature called Review Boost that will help you get more Google reviews.
- Presenting Review Conversion Data: We currently store conversion data in our database, but haven’t done a great job of presenting that to our users yet. A conversion in this sense is when a review from our system results in a third-party review for the applications we fully integrate with, Google, Facebook, or Yelp. We will be presenting that data in the dashboard.
- Widget Improvements: We get a lot of feedback on our widget, and we appreciate all of it! A few edits we are going to make is adding a load more button so all of your reviews can be shown. And also adding the full count of your reviews at the top with a rating number. That way when someone sees your widget, they know you have a 4.9 rating and 103 reviews. We had this in the V1 widget and are bringing it to our V2 widget as well. Also no matter how many reviews you have, you’ll be able to show them all. Would you like to learn more about our widget? Q2! How did we get here so quickly!
Q2 has come and gone! Here are the items we delivered over the quarter.
Features Planned for Q2
- Tracking Feedback by Team Member: This feature is a holistic change to our review flow to handle and specify feedback for multi-team member businesses.
- Zoho Integration: This wasn't originally planned but we added it to the list and the team got it done! We now fully integrate with Zoho CRM and when a customer is moved into the Closed/Won stage of a pipeline, we get their details and kick off a feedback request.
- Zapier Integration: We started working on this in Q1 and this will be ready in Q2! Zapier will open us up to a ton of apps to connect with and make asking for feedback seamless.
- Acuity Enhancement: Filter by Appointment Type: If you have an initial consultation or other appointment type that you don't want to send feedback follow-ups for, then simply unselect it in the Acuity Settings page.
- Acuity Enhancement: Handling Class Series: If you have are a business that schedules a multi-week class series, we now have an option to only send feedback request after the final class in the series is complete!
- Unmanaged Review Boost: We did not get this one done in Q1 but it will be done in Q2. Refer to the notes above for what this feature is and when it's ready, we'll send a video out explaining it.

What's planned for Q3 2022?
Can you believe we’re in Q3 already?! Craziness. We are getting GREAT feedback from users so thank you to everyone that has emailed, chatted, and sat on a Zoom with us. We’re not funded so we control 100% of what goes into our software. If we hear a feature is popular and like it, we’ll add it to the list. Below is a list of what we plan to work on and will be updating each month.

- Streamlined Testimonial Page: We received some feedback from our users that the testimonial page for solicited customers was too clunky. So we improved it!

Features planned for Q4 2022
- Sending more than 1 feedback request: We often get this request from users to send out feedback requests 2X a year. Or maybe monthly. We are working on a feature where you can adjust how often a request is sent out.
- Editing SMS Responses: This feature will allow you to edit the automated responses we send from SMS feedback messages. You will be able to edit these.
- Email & SMS Combo Message Flow: We are enhancing message flow to accommodate both SMS and Email.
- Advanced Reporting: We've had a number of requests for a variety of Reports. We're working on Advanced Reporting for those of you interested in analytics.
- Google API Enhancements: We are reviewing enhancements to our Google API to simplify connection for Businesses new to Google and Virtual Google Businesses.
