Do you charge per location?
Yes each of your locations is a separate account but we do offer a tiered pricing structure. If you have 10 locations, you can manage them all from 1 account and you’ll get a discount for each location. Learn about our tiered pricing here.
Do you post reviews directly to Google and other platforms?
No we do not. Google, Facebook and all of the major review platforms do not let 3rd party software like ours post directly to their sites. There isn’t a platform out there that has that ability. Our natural feedback request look and follow up sequences give you a higher chance in getting 3rd party review.
Do you offer support?
Of course! We are obsessed with giving you the best support possible. If you have any trouble with your account or even want to talk strategy with getting more reviews, we are here for you.
Can I cancel at any time?
