Howdy!
My name is Stephen and I’m the creator of ReviewRail. After working with tons of local businesses I saw a need for a platform that could get you more reviews and referrals so ventured out to create a solution. For the majority of 2014 I designed and worked with some amazing developers and created ReviewRail. It was a long road with a lot of testing but in April of 2015 we finally launched our first beta version to private users. Our second beta is launching late 2016.
Our Family
Family is the most important thing to me. I work my butt off for my wife Lisa and my 2 kids Lola and Mason. We have sacrificed a lot for ReviewRail. We own one car, live in a 2 bedroom apartment, and do not live lavishly. My 2 young kids share a room (which is fun but not always easy! :)). What is important is building a strong business for our family with an amazing product. One day we’ll get to own a house and hopefully get another car, but right now we want to grow our business.
We started ReviewRail and had 2 kids in Austin TX. Texas was an amazing place (with great food!) but we moved back to be closer to family in the northeast. Currently we live in CT so Mason and Lola can see their grandparents all the time.
100% Self Funded
Unlike a lot of software companies we own 100% of our company and are proud of it. We don’t need to ask investors or a board if we want to add a feature. If our users will benefit from it, we do it. Our customers are a part of our family. If you’re unhappy, so are we until we fix your issue. A great product and customer service is what ReviewRail is built on and we’ll never stray from that.
